Commercial Estimating and Project Management

RASCE works in partnership with the commercial construction industry. Our Commercial Estimating Team bids on mechanical architectural specified projects.  Our estimating team performs take-offs from mechanical and architectural designs and plans & specs and works with a variety of material vendors to provide competitive bids to the general contractor and/or subcontractor partners.
